| Technical Data : D.O. Rioja. Type of wine: Reserva. Grape varieties: Tempranillo 80% Garnacha 20% . Contents: 12.5 %Vol. Production method: Fermentation is carried out under temperature-controlled conditions never exceeding 28ºC. The wine is initially kept in vats for a period of 12 months and is then transferred to oak casks where it matures for a period of 24 months. Tasting note: Cherry red in colour with toasty aromas, smooth and round with wild forest fruitson th palate, soft tannins with hints of oak and a long finish. Accompaniments: Delicious with game and red meta. Serving temperature: 18C
