Production method: The carefully selected grapes are fermented slowly in order to achieve maximum fruit extract and after a short period of 6 months in new American oak.

Tasting note: Deep ruby red, showing no obvious signs of age. The bouquet shows rich intense fruit against a background of new oak. On the palate, the wine shows excellent balance with a long harmonious aftertaste.

Accompaniments: Ideal with pastas, cheeses, meats and blue fish.

Serving temperature: 18C
